Ballinrobe Language Plan Approved by Minister Calleary

Today, the Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, Dara Calleary TD, announced that he has approved Plean Teanga Bhaile an Róba. This is an important step in the language planning process in this Gaeltacht Service Town

Gnó Mhaigh Eo is the lead organisation for the language planning process in the Gaeltacht Service Town and they, along with the language planning steering committee, will not proceed with implementing the town’s language plan.
